Resort Collection is continually working on ways to improve our rental management program. To improve our customer service and efficiency for our rental owners, Resort Collection has decided to narrow the focus of our Rental Maintenance Program. Beginning January 1, 2018, the following owners are eligible to participate in the Rental Maintenance Program: 1. Owners with units on the Resort Collection rental program. 2. Owners living in their unit. 3. Owners using their unit for personal use (not renting). 4. Owners with long-term rentals (7 months or longer). In order to provide a smooth transition for affected owners:
  • Existing agreements will be grandfathered in until December 31, 2017.
  • Existing agreements expiring before the end of this year will go month to month until December 31, 2017.
Resort Collection’s Rental Maintenance program will not be available to owners who self-manage or are using a third-party management company. This allows our wonderful rental maintenance staff to get work done in YOUR units promptly.
