On November 11th, honor those who have served by celebrating Veterans Day in Panama City Beach! Here are a few Veterans Day events:

1. In honor of Veterans Day, take a trip to St. Andrews State Park or Camp Helen… for free! Both are sure to provide a great time for the whole family! 2. Join us for the Veterans Day Parade and Ceremony! The parade, a tribute to military personnel, will begin at 9:30 a.m. at the intersection of Harrison Avenue and West 13th Street. The parade will proceed south on Harrison Avenue, ending at the Panama City Marina. At the parade’s conclusion, a military review and a wreath laying ceremony will occur in front of City Hall. Retired Marine Corps Lt. Col. Bill Gobat will serve as the Master of Ceremonies. The guest speaker will be Brig. Gen. Robert J. Beletic, commander, 1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern) serving as the Deputy Joint Forces Air Component for United States Northern Command, Tyndall Air Force Base. The ceremonies will also include a soloist, Panama City Pipes and Drums, and Mosley High School Marine Corps JROTC. 3. Veterans Day Freedom Celebration, a free Cruise for all veterans, retired military, currently serving military, and families (I.D. required)!
