In today’s News Herald there was an article about Sterling Beach Management’s acquisition of Waterstone properties on Panama City Beach. In the article, two properties in The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach family, Majestic Beach Resort and Emerald Beach Resort, were mentioned as now being under the new Sterling umbrella and that is incorrect. The article incorrectly stated that Sterling Beach Management, which is a part of Texas based Encore Corporation, is the management company for individual units in at the two resorts not the resorts as a whole. The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach is the on-site management company for Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, Majestic Beach Resort, Long Beach Resort, Emerald Beach Resort and En Soliel.
