Q.Since Grandview East Resort is a rental resort, do we need to bring our own pillows, towels, sheets, and other linens?
A.No. There is a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pullout sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dish towels for the kitchen.
Q.What time is check-in/checkout at Grandview East Resort?
A.Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Late checkouts may be requested at the Front Desk and are based on availability. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Guests may visit Majestic Beach Resort for after hours check-in assistance.

Q.How old do you have to be to rent a unit at Grandview East Resort?
A.At least one person must be 25 or older.

Q.Do you offer daily maid service?
A.No. Guests are provided with towels and linens for their stay. Laundry facilities are available in each unit.
Q.Do we have to pay to use the Fitness Center?
A.No. It is included as a service during your stay at Grandview East Resort.
Q.Do you provide beach chairs?
A.Beach chairs are included at no additional cost.

Q.Does Grandview East Resort allow pets in the rooms?
A.Grandview East Resort suites are privately owned properties; therefore, with the exception of guide dogs, we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms.
Q.Do you have high-speed Internet?
A.Yes. Guests can access wireless Internet at most locations on the property.
Q.Are there grills on the property?
A.There are two grills located at the east end of the building.
Q.Can I bring coolers to the pool?
A.Coolers are allowed on pool deck.
Q.What is the refund policy for hurricanes?
A.If there is a mandatory evacuation ordered for the resort area by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center, your money will be refunded.
Q.Do you offer cribs?
