Q.Since Continental Condominiums is a rental resort, do we need to bring our own pillows, towels, sheets, and other linens?
A.No. There is a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pullout sleeper sofa. We have also provided enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dish towels for the kitchen.
Q.What time is check-in/checkout at Continental Condominiums?
A.Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Late checkouts may be requested at the Front Desk and are based on availability. A $50 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m.
Q.What is the Front Desk number and how do I get in touch with a guest at Continental Condominiums?
A.The number for the Front Desk is (850) 234-3720. There is also a list of resort numbers in each condo.
Q.What are the Front Desk hours of operation?
A.The Front Desk is currently open 24/7.
Q.How old do you have to be to rent a unit at Continental Condominiums?
A.At least one person must be 25 or older.
Q.Do you offer airport pickup?
A.To schedule airport transportation, please call Sunshine Shuttle at (850) 650-6333.
Q.Do you offer daily maid service?
A.Yes, for an additional fee. Guests are provided with towels and linens for their stay; additional towels and linens will be provided upon request. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on floors 2, 3, and 5.
Q.Do you provide beach chairs?
A.Beach chairs are not included.
Q.Do you provide beach towels?
A.We are unable to accommodate beach towels for guests at this time.
Q.What if I leave something behind when I check out of the Continental Condominiums?
A.Call (850) 234-3720 and ask for Lost and Found.
Q.Does Continental Condominiums allow pets in the rooms?
A.Continental Condominiums suites are privately owned properties; therefore, with the exception of licensed service animals, we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms.
Q.Do you have Wi-Fi?
A.Yes, we offer Wi-Fi in every condo unit as well as the main pool deck. Check your welcome packet for the Wi-Fi password.
Q.Are there grills on the property?
A.Yes, there are 2 grills are located on the west side of the property, on the ground floor. They are not gas-operated and require charcoal at the expense of the guest.
Q.Can I bring coolers to the pool?
A.Coolers are not allowed on the pool deck.
Q.What is the refund policy for hurricanes?
A.If there is a mandatory evacuation ordered for the resort area by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center, your money will be refunded.
Q.Do you offer cribs?
A.We do not; however, Baby’s Away is a local supplier who can assist with all of your baby’s needs. Please contact them directly at (800) 693-0727. Baby’s Away is not affiliated with Resort Collection.
