Do you have photos of the exact unit I will be staying in?

No. All Resort Collection rental units are privately-owned, and for privacy reasons, we do not have unit-specific photos.

Can we request a specific tower, floor height, unit number, etc?

Yes. Guests can submit requests if they have any preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that the request will be accepted. Agents will try to make assignments in order to meet the requests as best they can, but we cannot guarantee a specific floor, tower, or unit number.

Do the units have a coffee maker, blow dryer, and/or ironing board?

Yes. Resort Collection rental units have a full kitchen which includes a coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery to cook. Some units do have an ironing board and/or blow dryer, but we cannot guarantee it. We always recommend that guests bring their own, just in case.

Do the units have towels and linens provided?

There is a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as for the pull-out sleeper sofa* (*these are only offered in one-, two-, and three-bedroom units). We also provide enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, as well as hand and dish towels for the kitchen. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels, since these are not provided to guests at the pool or the beach.

If we would like daily maid service during our stay, is that available?

Yes. The guest needs to check with the Front Desk once they have arrived to be able to set up daily maid service at an additional cost (depends on the size of the unit). If the guests would like pricing ahead of time, they can contact front desk. The cleaning fee paid up-front only includes the cleaning of the unit prior to a guest’s arrival. 

Can you hold a reservation without a deposit?

No. Resort Collection must have a deposit for the first night’s rate with tax to book a reservation.

Do you offer beach chair rentals?

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only property that has beach chair rentals within the Resort Collection company brand. Edgewater guests can contact Goin’ to the Beach!® Beach Service at (850) 233-7505 to book beach chair rentals. For the other Resort Collection properties, please call the Front Desk for more information on contacting that property’s beach chair vendor.

Do I have to pay the cleaning fee and/or damage waiver fee?

Yes. All Resort Collection guests are subject to a one-time cleaning fee and a non-refundable damage waiver fee.  The damage waiver fee covers any reported unintentional damage up to $1,500.

Can you have coolers at the pool?

Coolers are not allowed on the pool decks at Resort Collection properties. However, we do allow coolers to be brought down to the sandy beach. Please, keep in mind that glass containers are not allowed on the beach per government officials.

What are the pool depths? Which properties have a zero-entry pool for the elderly or small children?

Most Resort Collection property pool depths range from 3ft- 6ft at the deepest*. Most kiddie pools are 1-2ft. Zero entry pools are located at Emerald Beach Resort and Shores of Panama.

What is the maximum height of the parking garages for Shores of Panama, Majestic Beach Resort, Laketown Wharf Resort, and Emerald Beach Resort?

Parking Garage heights allow for 7 ft. of clearance.

Can we bring a golf cart or scooter on property?

No, golf carts and scooters are not allowed on any Resort Collection property except Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Please see the specific policies for Gulf Highlands Beach Resort for onsite regulations.

Are there grills on property?

Some properties have a common area with picnic tables and charcoal grills onsite. Please check individual property amenities for specifics. Please note that all guests are prohibited from grilling inside their accommodations. Electric griddles are acceptable to use in the kitchen.

Do you offer Crib Rentals?

We do not; however, Baby’s Away is a local supplier who can assist with all of your baby’s needs. Please contact them directly at (800) 693-0727. Baby’s Away is not affiliated with Resort Collection.

Do you offer airport pickup?

We do not offer complimentary airport shuttle service. However, you may schedule airport transportation with our partner Sunshine Shuttle by calling (850) 650-6333. Sunshine Shuttle is not affiliated with Resort Collection.

Do the resorts allow pets in the rooms?

No. Resort Collection properties offer suites which are privately owned; therefore, with the exception of licensed guide/service dogs, we cannot accommodate pets in the rooms. Please note that emotional support animals are not legally considered a service animal.
