Emerald Isle Condominiums stands 23 stories tall with fully-furnished two bedroom/two bath units all with vast private balconies and overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury resort sits on the west end of Panama City Beach providing peace of mind both in location and value. You’ll find yourself away from the noise, yet just moments from Pier Park and the excitement and attractions along Panama City Beach. From the Emerald Isle hot tub and two gulf-front pools to a fitness center with steam room to beach volleyball, it’s all here waiting for you!

At the end of a fun filled day, families love to gather on the beach and watch one of the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Then enjoy a great cookout on our stainless steel barbecue grills. Play on Emerald Isle’s sugar white beach, get wet with an exhilarating swim, paddle board session or kayak the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Or if you prefer, simply kick back, relax and take in the views under the shade of your comfortable Gulf side lounge chair with umbrella. Need your umbrella adjusted? From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport:
Sitting just 20 minutes away from getting to Panama City Beach is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). The airport is in West Bay, off of Highway 388, leaving you with only a quick drive down Highway 79 to approach the coast. ECP is the best transportation choice for travelers needing air transportation. Airlines currently offering their services include: Southwest Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, and recently added American Airlines.

Head South on Hwy 231.
Slight right onto Hwy 98/W 15thSt.

Policies

For guests planning to stay with Emerald Isle Condominium in Panama City Beach, please review the policies and fees itemized below.

  • Front Desk
    • The front desk is located on the 4th Floor. The phone number is (850) 233-4237. The front desk is open 7 days a week from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
    • For after-hours check-in, visit Continental Condominiums’ front desk nearby at 15413 Front Beach Rd.
  • Age Restriction
    You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve a room at Emerald Isle Condominium.
  • Minimum Night Stay
    Emerald Isle Condominiums requires a minimum 3-night stay.
  • Reservation Fee
    A fee of 7% will be assessed on all reservations.
  • Check-in/Check-out
    • Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. We will use our best efforts to have the property ready for you at such time. Check-in is not guaranteed at 4pm, especially on high volume check-in days. In rare instances, check-in may be unavoidably delayed due to unexpected maintenance repairs, units that need additional cleaning time, etc.
      The front desk can pre-arrive you at which time we will take a phone number from you and call you when your unit is ready. 
    • Check-out time is strictly enforced at 10:00 a.m.
    • If you would like an early check-in/late check-out, please inquire at the front desk as these will be subject to availability and early check-in/late check-out fees.
  • Cleaning Fee
    All reservations will be subject to a one-time departure cleaning fee; price varies by unit size. Additional fees may be incurred for damage and/or units left in excessive disarray.
  • Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
    To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged an advance deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, reservation fee and tax. If you cancel your reservation fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded your deposit minus a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will forfeit entire deposit.
  • Damage Waiver
    All reservations will be subject to a non-refundable $55 damage waiver.
  • Parking Pass
    Guests who utilize Emerald Isle’s parking will be subject to a one-time $25 fee per parking pass needed. 
  • Hurricane Policy
    Emerald Isle Condominium will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center for the Panama City Beach area.
  • Pet Policy
    There are no pets allowed on the property, with the exception of licensed service animals. Strictly enforced. An extra cleaning fee may apply for service animals.
  • Pool Deck
    Coolers are allowed on the pool deck. All coolers must be kept at least 3-feet from the edge of the pool or hot tub. Please remember, glass containers are not allowed on the pool deck or the beach, and no food or beverage is allowed while in the pool or hot tub.
  • Tennis
    All guests of Emerald Isle are allowed complimentary use of the Landmark Condominium tennis court, located on the north side of the property next to the Emerald Isle parking garage. To use this amenity, guests must visit the Landmark Condominium front desk and schedule a reservation time. We encourage guests to bring their own equipment, however, Landmark does provide racquet and ball rentals for a small fee.
