Welcome to Continental N10101, a well-equipped, first-floor, Gulf-front condo studio that sleeps four and has its own fully equipped kitchen.

Situated just a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park, and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park (offering an up close and personal experience with some of the Gulf’s most intriguing animals), Continental is right in the middle of it all! You can even walk down the beach to Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and multiple other local dining options.

This resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a Gulf-front pool, a pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage at Flippers Beach Bar. Condo amenities include air conditioning, all linens and towels provided and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Enter the hallway with a full bathroom and kitchen, then into a mirrored-wall room that has full-size beds, a table that can seat four, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, a wet bar area with sink and large windows with a view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished covered lanai and a pathway to the beach. There is tile flooring throughout.

The compact yet fully equipped kitchen has granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easy to prepare meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range and oven and counter-top microwave oven. A full bathroom has a granite vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and tub/shower combination.
