Continental #111 is a cozy first floor gulf-front studio condo that sleeps four, has its own fully equipped kitchen and is in the heart of Panama City Beach! Situated just a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park, and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park (offering an up close and personal experience with some of the Gulf’s most intriguing animals), Continental is right in the middle of it all! You can even walk down the beach to Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and multiple other local dining options.

This resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a gulf-front heated pool in season, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage at Flippers Beach Bar. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Enter a hallway with a full bathroom, then into the kitchen area and on into an open room with mirrored wall that has a king-size bed with accent pieces and a sleeper-sofa. There is also a table seating two near the door that provides access to the furnished covered lanai and a pathway to the beach. With the mirrored wall and the large windows overlooking the Gulf it enhances the spacious feeling of this studio. There is tile flooring throughout. A wall-mounted large flat screen TV in the kitchen area can be viewed from the living/sleeping area as well.

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, a range with oven and a built-in above-range microwave oven. Also in the kitchen is a small peninsular bar with two stools. The bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower.
