Welcome to Continental #112, a first-floor gulf-front studio condo that sleeps four, has a fully equipped kitchen and is in the heart of Panama City Beach! Its location is just a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park, and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park that offers an up close and personal experience with some of the Gulf’s most intriguing animals! You can even walk down the beach to Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and many other local dining options.

This resort offers free covered parking, on-site laundry facilities, a gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage at Flippers Beach Bar, which is conveniently right next to your condo! Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Enter a hallway with a full bathroom and dresser, then into the eat-in kitchen with a table seating four with wall-mounted flat screen TV above. There is tile flooring in the entry and kitchen area and carpet in the sleeping area. The living/sleeping area has a mirrored wall that enhances the feeling of spaciousness, and two queen-size beds with nightstand and lamp, opposite which is a sofa with accent tables with lamps. There are large windows with a view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A door from the sleeping area provides access to the furnished covered lanai and the pathway to the beach. This area has amazing sunsets that change daily, and you will be able to see them even without leaving your studio.

The fully equipped kitchen has a double stainless-steel sink, countertops with tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, a glass-top range with oven and a counter-top microwave oven. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower.

When you stay at Continental #112, you're just steps from the Panama City Beach sugar-white sands and warm turquoise waters.
