Welcome to Continental #119, a recently remodeled and nicely decorated VIP two-bedroom, one-bath first-floor gulf-front condo located in the heart of Panama City Beach that can sleep up to six!

Situated just a half-mile from the popular outdoor mall Pier Park, and across the street from Gulf World Marine Park (offering an up close and personal experience with some of the Gulf’s most intriguing animals), Continental is is right in the middle of it all! You can even walk down the beach to Sharky’s Beachfront Restaurant and multiple other local dining options.

This resort offers free covered parking, a gulf-front seasonally heated pool, picnic area with grills, pool table and easy beach access. Poolside you can grab a bite or cool off with your favorite beverage at Flippers Beach Bar. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Enter a hallway that leads to the open-plan galley kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. The galley style kitchen has unique butcher block counterspace and well-stocked shelves and cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a glass-top two burner range, a shelf oven and a stainless-steel sink. The adjacent built-in bar counter seats four.

This flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa with accent tables and lamps, side chair with ottoman and a recliner. Opposite the seating area is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Large windows look out towards the beach and gulf, and a door from the living area provides access to the furnished covered lanai and a pathway to the beach.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps. The bathroom has a beautiful wood vanity with lavatory, commode with shelving above and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a full-size bed with built-in drawers and closet space. Next to the galley kitchen is a convenient stacked washer and dryer set.

When you stay at Continental #119, you're just steps from the Panama City Beach sugar-white sands and warm turquoise waters. Splash in the resort pool or have an outdoor cookout within sight of the Gulf. Or head out to the beach and its soft white sand and see for yourself the incredible crystal blue waters the Gulf Coast is famous for.
