Edgewater E10101, is a luxurious three-bedroom, three-bath, first-floor condo located at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort, the only full-service gated resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

Edgewater is centrally located, a short walk to multiple local dining and shopping options and just a short ride from Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park.

This resort maintains its very own Executive par-three golf course. You'll also find basketball hoops, three pickleball courts, 10 shuffleboard courts, and 10 tennis courts. This sprawling resort also offers 11 pools, a kids’ splash area, four hot tubs, a fitness center, a workout studio and a business center. Your condo features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a combination of tile and wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace with a tile backsplash and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food!

Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar into the dining area with two high-boy bar chairs.

The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating six, with mirrored walls and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over a resort pool and the gulf beyond. This flows into the living area with its leather sofa and matching loveseat with coffee table on an area rug, a corner credenza with a large flat screen TV and two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the furnished wraparound balcony with its magnificent resort pool and gulf views.

The well-furnished primary bedroom has a king-size, four-poster bed, flat-screen TV, sliding glass doors to access the balcony facing the gulf and a large en suite bath with two vanities, each with lavatories and storage space beneath.

The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed, sliding glass doors to access the balcony and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Two more full bathrooms are available with combination tub/showers to make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. Having your own washer and dryer is also a big convenience offered in this condo.
