Edgewater is a full-service gated resort centrally located in beautiful Panama City Beach. This resort is a short walk to multiple local dining and shopping options and just a short ride to Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park.

This massive resort has 11 pools, a children's splash area, various hot tubs, a fitness center, a training studio, and a business center. Edgewater's own beach services company provides beach chair rentals, paddleboard rentals, and beach bonfires during the summer. Children can engage in Adventure Zone events during the summer.

There are numerous resort-level dining alternatives! Oceans Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, and Blenders Poolside Bar are all located off the main lagoon pool deck, where you can dine gulf front, get a slice, and cool off with your favorite drink. Edgie's Corner Market has everything from hand-dipped ice cream to beach floats. Edgewater has plenty of parking and a free tram service that runs throughout the resort. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas at Edgewater Tower 1 Unit 406 are bright and airy with mirrored walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sliding glass doors with 180-degree views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. There is wood and tile flooring throughout. The updated kitchen is a chef's delight with its custom rich dark wood ceiling with canister lighting, plenty of granite counterspace with mirrored backsplash, and well-stocked custom cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances are all stainless-steel and include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a granite island with two bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a hutch and a table seating four. Sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony. The dining area flows into the living area with comfortable furnishings that include a sleeper-sofa with matching loveseat, accent tables, two recliners in front of a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the lagoon pool and gulf, and a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the furnished balcony with its awesome lagoon pool and gulf views from a fourth-floor vantage point.

The primary bedroom is handsomely furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, dresser, and flat-screen TV. The en suite bath has a granite vanity with dual sinks, storage space beneath, a wall-mounted hair dryer and a separate room with commode and combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished in a rattan motif with a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps and a flat-screen TV. A shared hallway bathroom has a vanity with storage space beneath, a commode and a combination tub/shower. The convenient laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer.
