There is a kitchen island with drawers and cabinets on the kitchen side and three bar seats on the dining and living room side. An adjacent dining table seats four.

The kitchen and dining area flows into the living area, which has a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, coffee table and end tables and lamps across from a credenza with a flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony with its magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico from an eighth-floor vantage point.

The primary bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king-size bed. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode, corner garden tub and a separate walk-in shower with glass door.

The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, and further sleeping quarters are found in a hallway set of bunk beds with permanent built-in ladder that the kids will love. A second full bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. The laundry area has a stacked washer and dryer set for your convenience.
