Laketown Wharf W11005 has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a combination of tile and carpet flooring throughout. The kitchen has rich dark wood cabinets, track lighting, and plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food!

Major appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. An island in the kitchen has drawers and cabinets on the kitchen side and four bar stools on the dining and living room side. An adjacent dining table seats two. This flows into the living area that is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat across from a credenza with a large flat-screen TV.

Wide sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony with its awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets from here will be a different scene each day.

At the end of the day retreat to the primary bedroom with its king-size bed, nightstands with lamps. The convenient full en suite bathroom will make it easy for everyone to get ready for another day of sun, fun and adventure! For extra guests there is a hallway set of bunk beds with a permanent built-in ladder, and an adjacent second full bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. The laundry area has a stacked washer and dryer set for your convenience.
