You'll enter the condo and notice the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas with a combination of tile and beautiful wood flooring throughout. The kitchen and dining area flows into the living room, which has a sleeper sofa and matching chair with ottoman on an area rug. Opposite is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished balcony with its magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps and a dresser with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode, corner garden tub and a separate walk-in shower with glass door.

The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, and a chest of drawers with a flat-screen TV. Additional sleeping quarters are found in a hallway set of bunk beds with a permanent built-in ladder that the kids will love. A second full bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.

The laundry area has a stacked washer and dryer set for your convenience.
