Upon entering Summit 1512, guests are welcomed to a spacious and updated 15th floor condo. The primary bedroom looks out onto the beach and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with reading lamps, a flat-screen television and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The ensuite bathroom has been renovated to include a lovely walk-in shower. The two guest rooms also feature king-size beds with all of the standard furnishings including ceiling fans as well. Both guest rooms have private full bathrooms, one featuring a walk-in shower and the other housing a tub/shower combo. The spacious living room features a sofa, loveseat, recliner chair, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan for optimum comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen has all of the major appliances you’d expect to prepare an amazing meal including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave plus smaller appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The kitchen is also equipped with standard housewares such as essential pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware and more. There’s even a dishwasher for your convenience. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with seating for four people or enjoy dining al fresco on your large balcony watching one of Panama City Beach’s famous sunsets.
