As you continue, Sunbird 204 opens up into a spacious living area with access to the private balcony. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. There is also a dining area with a table and seating for four. Sunbird 204 also has tile flooring throughout the condo – no carpet! If you’d rather enjoy a home-cooked meal instead of visiting one of the many fantastic local restaurants, you have a fully-equipped kitchen that provides everything you’ll need to make it happen. The kitchen has all major appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and the housewares essentials needed such as pots and pans, plates, glassware, silverware and more. Sunbird Beach Resort is located on the historic east-end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Dr. The resort has three refreshing Gulf-front pools (one heated seasonally), a tennis court, fitness center, beach volleyball net, and shuffleboard for your enjoyment.
